  RAPTORS ELITE Bulldog Tournament 2007

Raptors Elite played their first tournament this fall at Bryant University . The weather and the location could not have been better for lacrosse. Pete Toner and his staff drew some very talented programs together for what proved to be a very competitive day of lacrosse.

 

Both of our Elite Teams made it to the play-offs in our first outing. Raptors Elite Black played extremely well splitting the day 3 and 3 losing in the first round of the play-offs.

  

The Raptors Elite Green had an exceptional day and went undefeated winning their division and the overall tournament. The playoff games were very exciting with some excellent competition.

 

I cannot express our pride in these players. They earned their victories Sunday proving they can compete and play with the best programs out there; but more importantly proved they can be Raptors and meet the standards set by their Raptors Alumni before them.

RAPTORS ELITE IAS 2007

I would like to congratulate everyone on a really great tournament this past Sunday in Milford at the Hampshire Dome.  Both teams illustrated the key factors of the game, getting the ground balls, hustling on the end lines and most importantly, sound, unselfish team playing.  The ball movement was great! Scoring was pretty spread out across the board, as it should be.

The combination of the key factors above and your hard work and dedication have allowed both Raptor Elite Teams to go undefeated this weekend.

Gentlemen, extremely well done! You have done us proud
