Frequently Asked Questions:
Q. Do we have practice?
A. NO - just games on Saturdays or Sundays (depending on the complex you are playing at).
Q. When will we post the full season schedule?
A. Day One Schedule will be posted 3 days prior to the session and the Full Schedule will be posted the following week.
Q. Are teams required to provide a coach?
A. YES, A parent or coach is a requirement so players receive equal playing time.
Q. How do we determine if a team is HS D1 or D2?
A. Day One Schedules allow us to balance the remaining schedule. The goal is to balance the schedule based on the strengths and weaknesses of a given team. We are not always right -- but we do our best to provide a good experience for all players (as best we can!!).
Q. How long are the games?
A. Two 25 minute (running time) halves (with 5 minute half time)
Q. Do we have referees?
A. YES, we provide two certified referees for each game.
Q. Do we have an EMT available?
A. YES, we have a full time certified EMT during all the games
Q. Will Stats be posted on line?
A. NO - per the request from HS and Colleges Coaches we have eliminated posting stats. They want to see more team play rather than individual play. We will still post scores and standings.
Q. Do we receive a jersey/pinnie?
A. YES, the jersey is yours to keep and the number assign to you is logged in our database. Please make sure that you bring your jersey each week because you could be denied the opportunity to play.
Q. Do I need to register or check in each week?
A. NO, once you register on “Day One” you do not need to check in each week. Just show up a few minutes early for your game each week and report to the designated field with your team.
