To all Players

A few notes regarding the upcoming tournaments

1. Please make sure that you download and sign the waivers for the Harvard and UMass tournaments. Waivers can be found on our web site at http://www.raptorslax.com/elite-teams/raptors-elite/ . Bring the waiver on tournament day. Everything else is all set – no further action required. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your 1st game. Raptors Black 1st Game is 8:00 AM (so arrive at 7:30) and Raptors Green 1st Game is 8:45 (so arrive at 8:15).

2. Please make sure to sign up for the IAS tournament as soon as possible. The link is on our web site or directly at http://www.indooraction.com/blaxshowcase.htm . The cost has been lowered to $125 for players assigned to a team. Once on the IAS registration web site – select “Player Registration” and follow instruction from there. Complete the player profile and payment information directly to IAS. The Team name is “Raptors” and the Team Coach is “Grant Whiteway” We plan to have 3 teams and the rosters will be established as we get closer to the tournament.

3. Some parents have expressed interest in tailgating at the tournaments. Please let us know and we start a e-mail chain to work out all the details but in the past parents/players have taken food, drinks, tents, grills, etc and picked a spot to get together at the field. It has worked out great for the kids in the past.

4. Anyone that has not paid in full – please do so ASAP.

5. Anyone that has not picked up their uniform can do so at the Practice on Saturday at 1:30. If you cannot make the practice please make arrangements with Peter Pinto info@raptorslax.com .
