Little Raptors is a progressive introductory training program to the Fundamental Skills and Concepts of Lacrosse.
This is a Multiple Level Program with a Unique Curriculum of Skills for each Level, with increasingly advanced skills being introduced along the way. Advancement to the next levels will be dependent on achievement of specific criteria established by the Directors.

- 10AM DYNAMIC (ACTIVE) STRETCHING
- 10:15AM INTRODUCTION: PROPER STICK HANDLING
- 10:20AM SUPERVISED REPETITIONS: "12-MINUTE DRILL" THROWING AND CATCHING
- 10:35AM WATER
- 10:40AM INTRODUCTION: HOW TO SCOOP A GROUND BALL
- 10:45AM SUPERVISED REPS: GROUND BALL DRILLS
- 10:55AM VERBAL ASSESSMENT/REVIEW OF KEY POINTS AND PRIZES/AWARDS
