8:00 - 10:30 AM (Lax Training/Coaching) (Turf Time/Bubble)
10:30 - 11:30 AM (Personal Training) (Xcelerated Performance)
Thursdays (Feb 16th - March 8th) - 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM
Group 1 - 6:00 PM (Speed and Agility) (Xcelerated Performance)
or
Group 2- 7:00 PM (Speed and Agility)(Xcelerated Performance)

Raptors Xtreme is a compressive 4 phase conditioning program designed exclusively for the lacrosse athlete.
Five (5) weeks, twenty (20) hours of the toughest lacrosse conditioning designed by doctors, professional trainers, and coaches.
Raptors Xtreme addresses:

RAPTORS XTREME will be limited to the 1st Sixty (60) registrations (HS Boys Only – All Skill Levels).
NOTE: Players will be divided into 2- 4 groups (Yellow, Red, Blue and Purple) for scheduling purposes only. Group assignments are posted on the web site. All players/groups will be together every Thursday from 7:00 - 9:00 but will be scheduled for either the early morning (8:30 AM - 11:30 AM) or late morning session (10:00 AM- 1:00 PM) on Saturdays (2 groups in each session). Groups will alternate from early morning to mid morning sessions so check out the web site for your schedule.
